Hiring for people from News Channels, Ad sales, Broad cast, Radio, Print Media. 

We have position with Print Media Client.. 

- Should posses experience in strategy planning & execution of sales & marketing activities in line with organization business plans & approved budgets. 

- Planning generation of revenues from: 

a) value added deals to existing clients thereby maximizing ad spend share with us; developing better connect with client & account planners where there is a threat due to developments in the category 

b) identifying and generating revenues from new/ non-advertiser clients. 

- Should ensure Rajasthan region maximizes revenue & market share by surpassing targets through proper supervision & guidance of sales team and support departments. 

- Should control the discounting pattern with the clients & agencies. 

- Implementation of innovations, increase in brand visibility, efficient distribution networks. 

- Building & motivating a good solid team and establishing and maintaining good rapport with customers both internal & external.
